There is no 9 game and contract slides for Johnny. Only junior eligible players like Bennett and Klimchuck need to worry about that. Johnny can be sent up or down as much as the flames want next year if I am not mistaken.

The 9 game thing doesn't matter for Gaudreau, a year is burned off no matter if he is in the AHL or NHL.

I was an A/V tech for a company many years ago in Calgary. I can tell you from this experience that FlamesTV has a long way to go before they're deemed 'professional'. Get your #### together.

Telling the players not to hit took a lot out of the game (I only saw the second half on the stream). That was a pretty dull third period.

What does 9 games have to do with anything?
If Gaudreau doesn't make this team out of camp it will most likely be a travestry and some Burke BS. I just can't see him not being one of the top players at training camp.

Has there ever been a game (Worlds, college, NHL, scrimmage, etc) where Gaudreau has been disappointing? If the Flames want to ice the most competitive team, you have to think Gaudreau will be there opening night
