Interesting conversation with my 67 year old father the other night. First off yes it is kids versus men. Yet the skill of our young forwards are off the chart. Our young D is lacking a bit, but goaltending should be pretty close imo. Cant wait to see the flames team in two years time.

It really shows that defense now is our biggest hole.

That said' the NHL team is there for a reason.....seems silly to me to suggest the AHL squad would have a shot to win....but I guess anything can happen in 1 game

This might be nitpicking but some of these players won't/don't play for Adirondack. Second there is a reason why these players are in the AHL and not the NHL. If they were NHL ready they would be playing on the Flames. Any NHL team is gonna smoke any AHL team any day of the week.
