Overheard Hartley and conroy talking about klimchuk and sieloff. Conroy saying they see sieloff as a solid second pairing guy. Hartley asking if klimchuks eligible to play in the ahl, sounded disappointed that he has to go back to juniors.

Klimchuk definitely looks too good for juniors. If he has to go back he will rip the league apart

Why does the AHL have that age restriction anyway? It seems like way too many players get caught in this no-mans land of development. Too good for juniors, not good enough yet for the NHL. The AHL would perfect...and probably a better league for it.

I could be wrong but I think its a CHL - NHL partnership thing. Lets CHL play prospects and draws more attention to the teams maybe?

were all just there. They didn't stand out at all. Bourne was the worst of the group.

Arnold was good
carroll was okay
culkin was decent. Not as good as kulak
Fram was probably the 2nd best d man out there. Smart player
gilmour was decent.
Kanzig needs work on his first step. Once he gets going he is fine
klimchuk was great
bvbb was there. Looks like an ahler
vuic was up and down looked decent at times
zejdl was up and down as well but better by a fair margin might be worth signing

huggins wasn't out of place
mm looked good

Its not the AHL's fault. Its the CHL and NHL's agreement that prevents it.

I think ripping apart juniors will be good for klimchuk, he's got a lot of offensive potential I want him to work on it.
