ya I dont get this, Tampa would have made more sense

Colorado is the team all the stats guys think takes a huge regression next year (like the leafs after the 2012/2013 season)

I guarantee he will score at least 30 next season.

And all of CP breathes a collective sigh of relief. Thankfully it's not the Canucks or Lightning.

I think this is great fit. The Avs are going to start looking really good over the course of those 3 years.

I don't think Colorado is a good fit for him but at least he has a chance at a cup unlike in Vancouver.

I'm good with this. His other options in Tampa Bay and Vancouver would have made me ill.

Will be a good fit but not sure he fits in with the speed MacKinnon and Duchene but on a line with Landeskog and O'Reilly that would be deadly.

This reminds me of Hossa signing with a young Hawks team.

Good fit for Iginla.

Not likely a Cup team but still a lot of talent and there didn't seem to be a fit with any of the top contenders.

Would have been interesting to see what Anaheim may have been offering, if anything.

If he continues his pace from the second half of last season, he can get to 40+

We're not making the playoffs... Even with the Hiller signing imo. I was a bit optimistic, but wow... The central looks lethal.

Avs - Iggy
Wild - Vanek
Hawks - (they're just good)
Blues - Stastny
Stars - Spezza

+ the 3 California teams.

3 years - 5.5, 5.5 and 5

This lines up with when the Flames think they are competitive again.. just saying.

I think Colorado makes more sense than Tampa. But really, he should have taken a deep discount to stay in Boston or go to LA.
