Ochoa gets linked to Liverpool almost every summer it seems like, but a move never actually materializes. I only caught the second half of this game, but he was fantastic. Mexico is looking rather strong at the moment.
Reading he's been linked to Milan a lot as well. He is out of contract so you just have to pay his wages.
This Mexican side is growing on me, when England craps the bed vs. Uruguay I am switching my allegiance to them and the USA. Team Free Trade or the Mulroneys.
Hands on shoulders.. regardless of the attacker falling, it could have been a foul first.
Ref was in good position though and let it go.
That's what us defenders call the "perfect amount of contact" Just enough to throw him off, but not enough to concede a PK.
I think the ref was close enough to realize that he fell AFTER the contact was made. If he would have fallen a quarter of a second earlier, probably would have been called. It was the flop and extension of the arms that gave away the dive.

Oscar was ineffective all game, he made a few great plays but Fred is total trash. Brazil lacks a strong finisher, but they should get by with Neymar upfront. Mexico holds on for a point thanks to the goalkeeper.
I really hope Fred is sat at the end of the bench for the rest of the tournament he is total trash.
Upsetting result, but at least a draw and Mexico didn't fluke out a win.

Problem is Big Phil depends on Fred so much that he didn't really take anyone else. Jo is garbage.
Could Brazil play with a false 9? They are way to stubborn to try.
