Columbia = Record Label, University
Colombia = Country with lots of cocaine
Seems simple enough.

^That basically sums up the attitude I attribute to truck drivers in this city (by virtue of what are probably a minority of drivers doing things so epically over the top like this)

I have a 5 and 3 year old. They didnt seem to notice the pictures or ask about them. Again the real issue is parents being uncomfortable and using their kids as an excuse. Just like swearing at sporting events.

Can people in this city learn how to drive. I mean I,m not even asking for people to use the slow lane or use signal lights anymore. Just quit hitting me. I mean is that too much to ask.
In the past month our car was backed into in a parking lot while I was in the lane, we got that fixed and I noticed yesterday that in the week since getting it fixed omeone in an SUV or truck was backing out of a parking lot and scraped against the wheel well. Then today I was making a right turn and the person rolled slowly into the back of my car. She was on her phone. No damage to my car but I still reported the accident and got all her info in the hope the police can give her a ticket. I even offered to testify.
I am just sick of how people are to careless to do even do the simplist things. Drving is important and dangerous and people need to treat it properly.

I was up at Crappy Tire in Beacon Hill a couple weeks ago. I snapped a pic. Let's just say that not all a-holes drive the same vehicles....

I know I'm gonna get roasted for this but I'm gonna say it anyways.
Let's just say I'm not suprised it was a woman on the phone. I can't help but notice people texting and talking on the phone while driving seem to be over 75% women. Raise their insurance!

the kelowna rcmp recently did an enforcement crack down on people using cells while driving. the local news did a story on it and the reporter specifically asked the cop in the interview if he noticed any trend in the offenders. he said the exact same thing. almost all the people talking on their phones while behind the wheel were female.
my most recent gear grinder.... i'll be driving along and for no apparent reason my speedometer will just start displaying '0'. most likely suspect - a faulty speed sensor. so i replaced the speed sensor and it's still doing it... which likely means that there is either a bad wire, my truck's computer is malfunctioning or my dash is malfunctioning (i have an aftermarket dash). i have a gut feeling that it's the computer.... not looking forward to knowing the repair cost of whatever is the reason

Okay this falls squarely under first world problems. But I cannot find anywhere that will sell me patio cushions that will fit my patio furniture and it's super frustrating. I'd even accept something CLOSE to what my furniture measures, and I can't find anything that will work. The custom option will cost me over $1200 for a set of pillows, which is ridiculous. Why is this so %*@! difficult?

Somebody really needed to park in that stall next to him for a couple of hours.
