Wasn't the Turing test beaten by a sex chat bot 15 years ago vs. a group of men? The key to that test was not to make the AI smarter, but to make the test group stupider with promises of lovin'.

Not a fair test. Everyone knows that men become stupider when promised with sex.

It's like staging a shoe selling chat bot vs a group of women. You would only need to program one line - "Yes, it's 50% off and we have your size in stock."
