Get Brad Richards off the ice. Seems Zucarello is the only Ranger trying.

I'm really happy the Kings finally exposed the Rangers for what they really are: an average team. They are like the devils of a couple years ago, had an easy walk to the finals and inevitably got exposed for being very mediocre. The same is about to happen to NYR.

Unpopular opinion:

Kopitar is a better defensive player than Toews.

Nash has played well, just havn't gotten the bounces. Richards and St. Louis have disappeared, looks good on them.

Doughty is a jerk for that play.

I don't think it's an unpopular opinion. Right now they are likely 1-2 in the league (with Bergeron and maybe Datsyuk being 3-4). So you just might be correct in your assertion.

Lundqvist needed to be incredible for the Rangers to win this series, instead he's just been good and they're looking like they're going to get swept. The easiest series for the Kings are the end, seems fitting after the brutal road to the Finals they had.

Well geez, I thought LA would win. I didn't think it would be a dud series though.

I thought the first two games were awesome.

Get out the brooms. This one's over.

The Rangers are terrible.

Please, the Rangers aren't terrible. The Oilers are terrible, the Canucks are terrible. The Rangers are outclassed in the Stanley Cup finals. Terrible teams don't get to OT in games 1 and 2 against the LA Kings in the finals. Terrible teams don't make the playoffs.

Sorry, pet peeve of mine.

It's Healy and his embarrassing Ranger bias...name dropping former Rangers he opened the gate for all night, and all series.

Anything he could use to get behind the Rangers, talking about it being a "stupid rule", he took and ran with in order to maintain his Alumni membership status.

Good for the Kings...clearly a step above the Rags, even after the series they've endured. Nice to see St. Louis with the tip on the LA goal, and Richards playing like Michael Richards on the PP.

Don't think that is a stretch at all. The guy is on another level this playoff, Sutter has been matching him head to head against the other teams top centers all playoffs and he not only is shutting them down but he leads the playoffs in scoring.

I think you could throw them and a few more in a blender and spit out a winner on any different day.

getting sick of all this "luck" talk

3 lucky goals?

Don't take stupid penalties, let your goalie see the puck and not make half assed block attempts, and don't give up 2 on 1s

LA is just a better team

Weird series.

Games 1 and 2 were toss ups where Rangers easily could have won with 2 goal leads in each but L.A won both without ever holding the lead.

Game 3 closer than the score indicated but Quick outplayed Lundqvist.

Could end up being a sweep because NY is just deflated now but could have been a very different series.

Wow, I didn't realize he was the leading scorer in the playoffs.

I made my statement in a "even if he's not getting it done on the scoreboard, he's getting it done away from the puck."

Conn Smyth?
