Well Burke is a great mentor for all the inexperienced management staff plus he knows about black and blue hockey. Treliving is a very smart hockey person especially for drafting. He's a great GM and will keep growing especially under Burke. Conroy has done a great job this year and like Treliving said, he bleeds Calgary Flames. Pascall will be a great developer. Another great thing is that they all believe in the same method. Everybody wants a big, tough team which is what I want.

And I meant a gold medal contender, I didn't mean they'll win every time.

The talent pool was as deep but they made the mistake of excluding talented younger players while recruiting old veterans with no chemistry.

And it all happened VERY, VERY quickly.

Pretty crazy how fast this team is moving. Props to the owners and Ken King. Wouldn't have happened like this without them.

Still right at the top (below the owners). He's President and CEO of the entire organization.

Burke reports to him, Treliving reports to Burke, and the AGMs report to Treliving.
