At least in the early part of the year, Glencross was organizing the majority of the team get-togethers and team-building activities. Heck, everyone went to his house for Thanksgiving.

Would love to hear that he and some of the other prospects took the initiative to spend the summer at the Gary Roberts HPC. That could really help get them going as well as a form some bonding as well.

If Byron remains in the Flames plans I could see him at least giving Gaudreau some advice. They play a different style of game (Byron is a closer comparison to Gerbe) but I'm sure Byron has some tips on how to stay away from the big guys and exactly how Gaudreau should be building up his strength.
If Gaudreau can physically compete the way Byron somehow manages to then he'd be a sure-fire top line NHLer.
