I think it will be Conroy as AGM and bringing in new blood as GM of Adirondack.

I'd almost like to see the opposite. Conroy had limited power as the Heat GM so give him the full GM power as he appears to be smart enough to make hockey decisions, seems to do well with the prospects, has the right personality to be the Flames ambassador in Glen Falls (although they really don't need help with that) and it's close to his hometown and in his home state.
Bring someone else in as the Calgary Flames AGM while Connie is the AHL Flames full time without restriction GM so we can continue to groom him to an NHL GM.

Hopefully this is nothing more than a ceremonial burning of all the third jerseys and a public apology for releasing such garbage to the public.

Calgary Flames expected to announce Brad Pascall as assistant gm this morning. Craig Conroy also likely to be promoted.

That's pretty impressive to pry Brad Pascall away from Hockey Canada. He's been the VP of Hockey Operations there for a long time. There's definitely a changing of the guard with Nicholson stepping down and now Pascall.

Hmmm, interesting hire. He's been around for a while but still a fairly young guy.
Treliving, Pascall (and Conroy?) with Burke helping. I like that setup.

Some folks at HC might not be really to go to war for another shot at the Olympics in 2018 and are looking for other challenges. Pascall is also based out of Calgary. Win win situation.

Huge. Thought Pascall would be moving up after Nicholson stepped down.
