Out of luck unfortunately. Looks like it is only negative for bank deposits (i.e. we'll give you less later than what you gave us now). Rates remain positive, though low, for loans. ...not to mention the fact that this is for bank-ECB business!

so... I am the farthest thing from an financial expert on this forum..

But I thought negative inflation was the first sign of hyper inflation to come?
