Cell phone service providers GMMFG! Nickel and diming for everything. My three year contract was finally up so I left them (TelusMobility) and even though I have no contractual obligation to them, they are still dinging me with a $65 charge for 'canceling' my service without a 30 day notice to them even though the contract has expired. WTF? FU

It RGMG when you send out an e-mail asking for a choice from someone between a few different options and they reply "Sounds good".

Tell your boss to pound sand and head off to the bar for a few beers.

When I go to restaurants, and I feel like a pop, I ask the server "Do you have Coke or Pepsi?" Every now and then he/she will respond with Yes, No problem, or Right away.
No, I was not asking you if you had cola products at your restaurant. I was asking which cola brand you served here. I love Coke, and hate Pepsi. I will not drink Pepsi, so please let me know which one you have. Now I know why Springs1 gets so worked up.

That sounds more like they didn't hear you. I prefer Coke, but will drink Pepsi as well. When I order a cola I say "I'll have a Coke or Pepsi." Partially to avoid the person who is far too involved in their colas who feel they are saving me from the worst thing imaginable by bringing me the cola they happen to sell there.
Don't get me wrong, 21 year old me would have made a big deal about it. 40+ me doesn't really care any more.

The toughest part is saying no when they ask "Is Pepsi OK?", without sounding like everyone's dad.

Server: Is Pepsi okay?
Me: Is paying with Monopoly money okay?
Server: No. That's ridiculous.
Me: Exactly. Don't ask stupid questions unless you want to hear another one.

Coke is terrible in Canada compared to the stuff bottled in Atlanta. I wish my palette was discerning enough to tell the remarkable difference between cheap fountain Pepsi and Coke.

I don't understand how someone can love Coke and hate Pepsi (or vice versa). They are like 97% the same thing. Is that slight difference in sugar or carbonation really the difference between loving something and hating it? Seems a little silly. I mean sure, I too would prefer Coke with cane sugar if I had the choice...but if all a place has is regular high-fructose Pepsi, it's not the end of the world. It's not like not wanting beer, but all they have is wine.

Pepsi has a lime citrus component and Coke has an orange citrus component. Dead giveaway.

See my post below yours. Personally, I hate lime in colas.
