Unless GRRM has made the decision to advance the TV show past the books (much too soon IMO) I don't see them condensing Lady Stonehearts scenes. They will probably show her with the Brotherhood, but not hanging Brienne and Pod.
If they are shown being hung you'd have to show the outcome next season, early on. The show is linear while the books are still all over the place with timelines, and we haven't read what becomes of them in the books yet.

They could actually expand those scenes a bit just to keep her existence fresh in the viewer's mind. I agree though way too early to be accelerating this stuff.

For those who are interested, the actor who plays Oberyn did an AMA on reddit a few days ago.
There are no spoilers, but he does give some neat perspective.

Well, I LOVE Dogs like there's no tomorrow. And unfortunately I have an allergy to cats, although I find them to be beautiful creatures.

Tentative characters for next season..
- Prince Doran Martell – Doran is described as the major new player this year, appearing in multiple episodes. The fiftysomething prince uses a wheelchair, is reclusive, and rules wisely. It appears the show is looking to continue the trend it started with Pedro Pascal, and cast Latino actors for the Martell clan.
- Prince Trystane Martell – Trystane, the handsome fiance of Princess Myrcella, is being aged up to 18.
- Areo Hotah - Doran’s personal bodyguard will appear throughout the season, assisting the prince with his duties. The show is particularly looking for a black actor to fill the role.
- Obara Sand – The eldest and most athletic Sand Snake will be having a major fight scene with a series regular character—not one who crosses her path in the books. This is an interesting change.
- Nymeria Sand – Nymeria is described as “mixed race,” with her father being the fairer Oberyn and her mother being darker skinned. The second oldest of these Sand Snakes, she’s beautiful, emotional, and very strong.
- Tyene Sand - The youngest of the Sand Snakes that we meet uses her wits and seductive powers, and is less of a physical fighter than the other Sand Snakes. She is just as deadly as her sisters, however, but her weapon is poison.
- High Sparrow - The books’ pious head of a religious movement will be appearing in several episodes in season five.
- Septa Unella – The show is looking for a character actress to play the imposing and unrelenting Septa who spends a lot of time with a major series character next year.
- Maggy the Frog- A fortune teller in A Feast For Crows, she’ll be in one episode next year.
- Lollys Stokeworth – Just last week in “Mockingbird,” Bronn announced his intention to marry Lollys, whom Tyrion considers “dimwitted.” It looks like the sellsword will still be around next year.
- Yezzan - A sleazy Meereenese slave owner.
- The Waif – The strange child from the books that Arya encounters will likely be played by an older actress, one in her later teens, and we understand the show is specifically looking for a woman of East Asian descent for the part.
WinterIsComing.net cautions that the leaked list may be incomplete—some characters from the books who do not appear on the list may have already been cast, others may have been cut, and still others pushed back until later

They're also scouting locations in Spain, so I would assume Dorne is going to be a big part.
Which is good. I like Dorne.

Loved Littlefinger's line to Robin tonight about people dying crouched over their chamber pots.

Wonder why the show writers are doing the Sansa reveal already.

Uh oh, someone mentioned the "b" word in the other thread. Incoming ban! My god some of those folks over there have something jammed up somewhere unpleasant the wrong way. *L*
Saw the fight. That was pretty nuts.

Wasn't sure how well they were going to translate the fight scene from the book. I knew it was coming and my jaw still hit the floor at the end.
Damn, I love this show.

Yeah, I'd have to say the fight in the show hit me harder than in the books. Way harder. Even to the point that I would have been fine with the show making a big change and keeping Oberyn alive.

I got the impression from that episode that Littlefinger actually wants to raise Arryn as an adopted son... My impression from the books was that he is trying to take him out of the picture.

I have to say, even knowing what happened, that scene was almost TOO much for me. Almost. I don't know why but I definitely found it a lot more disturbing than other gore fests the show has offered up.

Yup, I found it quite disturbing too. I couldn't get it out of my head while trying to fall asleep last night. It's really bugging me for some reason. I need someone to get shot with a crossbow while they are taking a piss to make me forget it.
