With the Canadiens elimination, the Stanley Cup will stay in the States once more. No Canadian team has won the cup since Montreal in 1993.

Damn yanks.
Flames or death. Although I wouldn't care too much if the Senators won it either. I just never want to see the other five Canadian teams touch the cup.

No chance. Hasn't been a sweep in the finals since 98. As others have said, Lundqvist can steal them one or two games. It'll go to 5 at least.

Location smocation. Every Cup winning team has more Canadian players on it than any other nation.

The only Canadian based franchise I want to see win anything is the Flames.

I can't believe that ####ing rat St. Louis gets rewarded with a trip to the finals. This is why I can't believe in hockey gods, not that I wanted either to go through.

I just pray that LA or Chicago beats the hell out of them.

Seven minutes of ice time for Briere. I guess he has nothing left in him, even if he was known as a clutch player at this time of year. The Habs might buy him out.

and him being out there tonight would I suppose have galvanised Subban to find energy he didn't have and got the hot and cold guys like Bourque and Vanek to actually do something? He may be the best goalie in the league, but it's the Habs inconsistent offence which cost them in this series and nobody can say their average performance was because he was missing.

I've always hated the Habs so I don't know what you're trying to do here but hopefully you can cheer for the Flames again after this crushing loss of your current favourite team.

Ole! Ole! Ole!

Nobody remembers the runner ups and it's highly doubtful the Rangers have the horses to beat the Kings/Hawks in a 7 game series.
