They should have put Tokarski out in front of Lundqvist as a screener. He was every bit as good as Henrik in this series, Montreal just did nothing outside of one game on offense. Losing Carey Price did not cost Montreal this series.

And so ends the 7th longest play off final absence drought. Well done Rangers, fully deserved.

They don't have a captain. Who's going to accept the trophy?

Tokarski was great. They played as hard as they could. Just not good enough. Would have liked to have seen the whole series with Price as they play a much different game in front of him.
Subban skated miles but their offense let them down badly. Vanek better have a bad injury, he's been beyond horrible.

 Great run.

Riot watch on Rue St Catherine's?
Don't care for the Rags at all (respect to Vigneaut though) but this playoffs rekindled the distaste for Montreal and their many obnoxious fans.

Rangers were very strong in this series. They deserve to go to the finals, and I will be cheering for them over whoever comes out of the west.
