Yeah, unfortunately. Harley and Doc Seaman as well.
Looking at the videos on the Flames site, it looks like Ramage was there, so he must be the guy behind MacInnis, and Hrdina is one of the three living players missing.

The Flames need to make a DVD set of the players/staff telling stories about that year
My Father in law gave me an amazing Christmas present a few years ago. He knew how bad I missed my old VHS tape of the '89 Calgary Flames Stanley Cup, It was called C of Champions. He found it online and recorded it on DVD. So I have the VHS tape and the DVD, I love it!

Going to watch the Habs game tonight at a friend's house, full of Habs fans, while wearing a circa 1989 Gary Roberts Flames jersey on the 25th anniversary of the Flames cup win?

Absolutely great idea.
Only visiting team ever to hoist the Cup on Montreal ice.
Enjoy!
Man I still remember that game. I worked in the daytime then decided to stay at the bar I worked at along with some regular customers and also one regular customer who is a die-hard Habs fan. We were all so happy when Lanny scored a goal and we felt after that goal that we are destined to win that Cup that night. We were high-fiving, jumping, hugging each other. Then bunch of us drove to Electric Avenue driving by Elbow Drive from Southland and everyone was honking their horn. We opened up my sunroof and took it off. My boss was sticking out his head yelling and screaming. Even the cops were honking at us. Got to Electric Avenue and that's was awesome..no riot or any fights. Just people having fun yelling, screaming for joy. I can't believe it has been 25 years already.

I've got a VHS tape that Safeway released that season -- it wasn't the C of Champions but was more of a video yearbook produced locally by 2&7. Would love to upload a full-length copy someday; here is the concluding montage:
