Tokarski is saving his team from being embarrassed. The Rangers out shot the Habs 14-4 in the first period and it is 5-3 in the second period so far in favour of the Rangers.

I think the NHL would jizz itself collectively over a LA / NYR final.

It'd be neat to see for all the celebrities at every game in a way.

Are we sure the NHLPA can't randomly force another lockout though? Last time the Rangers won the cup we had a lockout at the height of the NHL's popularity in several decades, then of course after LA won we had a 3rd lockout.

Chicago-Rangers final would also have the league wet their pants with a pair of Original Six teams.

The owners forced the lockouts. The Lightning won the cup and had hockey get much needed exposure in the southern states and then the second lockout happened.
