Well, that was heartbreaking.

Lifetime Suspension

I've always liked Dominic Moore even before finding out about his wife.
He always shows up to big games and seems to score important goals.

Yes. Heartbreaking. First I had heard.
Not surprisingly, some of us get wrapped up in the stupidity of handshake comments and fill page after page, while this almost goes unnoticed.
Moore deserves every good thing that might ever happen to him - and maybe some of that continues long into this spring.

I hate the "logic" on here sometimes, like mortgaging the future to try and win the cup is a bad thing

Speaking of bad logic, you are aware that St. Louis demanded a trade, right? They didn't chose to "throw away their entire season", they had it thrust on them because their captain threw a temper tantrum. Given the circumstances, that trade was highway robbery.
Also, losing Bishop had a far more significant role in their demise than losing St. Louis did.

Habs can't win two at MSG. I think they'll split it though, Rangers will be up 3-1 in the series after two games in New York.

Bitch about Canadien fans all you want, but it's hard to deny that Ranger fans have exposed themselves as the most fair-weather group in hockey. MSG was a cemetery with a smattering of boos over the course of most of the last two rounds.
