He's been a lot better since the salary cap doesn't allow him to flush money down the toilet anymore. Don't think he's one of the best GM's out there but he's certainly in the upper half. Everyone hates the Rangers but they make the playoffs every year and they often go past the first round. A lot of that has to do with Lundqvist but they have some really good supporting players.
