Awful call on the replay. His stick broke by his hands while shooting from an earlier block, Doughty had nothing to do with it.

To be fair, no way the ref could tell, or see, that the stick was broken (it didn't stick out at some odd angle) up near the top of the shaft, 10 seconds earlier.
