So proud of the boys! I went down there last night and it was great. So proud of my buddy who participated. If anyone is looking for furnace services call Fagnans cause they left it all on the ice for a good cause.

Anyone know the rules they had to stick to? Things like eating, sleeping, bathroom breaks, etc?

I think the game kept rolling, the players played in shifts. Pretty sure by the end all of the skaters were taking shifts goaltending as well.

yea they played in shifts while the game went on. I was playing my beerleague team at the arena when they hit the 61 hour mark a week ago. It's so awesome to see them now at the end.

They were doing 4 hour shifts of 10 guys on each team, couldn't leave the arena and had to do a 8 hour shift that rotated

Wow that is pretty crazy. As the video points out they played the equivalent of 3 full regular NHL seasons with no breaks.

Happy to see the Stajan's out there.

Yeah, a total Ironman event. When I found out the details of it, I couldn't believe it. Was thinking it might be something fun to do (not necessarily, for me as of my heart) but for anyone who enjoys a spirited pick up game and has a relatively healthy body. But wow, these guys are athletes, no other way to describe it.

So they hit their 2 million goal eh? Good for them! Wasn't sure they'd get all the support they deserved.

Pretty neat. I wish there was more coverage as it was happening as I had no idea this was occurring. Were they using officials too?

These guys are amazing. Much kudos to them. What a great cause. I can't imagine the physical and emotion toll of doing something like this.
