Ha, yeah.
I used to go to Subway and help my friend clean and close up, so we could go play hacky sack in the park. He would pay me in Subway stamps and extra mayonnaise.

When I was dating my now wife, I gave her a fully filled out subway card as a gift (I was a student at the time, so this was one of the most valuable thing I could think of). She thanked me, then later used it to get a cold cut combo. I still bug her about that to this day.

Someone at my school worked at the Subway on Macleod and actually stole one of those stamps.
We all ate free lunch for weeks around town until they sent out a notice about it.
I remember Test Drive. So many games from my C64 childhood...Bluemax, Olympic games (summer and winter), Jumpman, Ultimate Wizard, Archon (dueling chess), Ultima series, Boulderdash....the please wait 7 minutes while game is loading screens.
