Well, that was a country ass-whoopin' by the Spurs.

Hopefully, the Blazers recognize the level of play that was established tonight, and have a better showing on Thursday.

Damien Lillard is a nice player right now but he's just not even close to good enough defensively for Portland to win this series. Tony Parker is going to abuse him so they're going to have to shift Batum onto him...which opens up Leonard and Green from deep. Spurs are such an unbelievable machine offensively, it's basically choose how you'd like them to beat you, and since they have Pop they will beat you.

Hibbert with 28 points and 9 boards. I guess the criticism finally got to him.

Yeah, that Durant speech nearly... nearly brought a tear to my eye. A true role model. Not a lot of ego, always doing community service, a true team guy and an alright basketball player.

It looks like the Blazers bit off more than they could chew in this series. It was a nice little run for a team that was forecasted to win 32 games.

Hopefully, they can sign Aldridge to a long term deal and remain contenders for the next few years.

Watching the Spurs this series just makes you wonder how the hell Dallas took them to 7. They cannot be beaten by anyone when they are rolling like this, just too many weapons on offense, and too good defensively. I love Chris Paul but it's an insult to Tony Parker to not consider him the best PG in the league. Cannot be matched up with 1 on 1 by any point guard.

Great finish in the Thunder-Clippers game. I like how CP3 was guarding Durant during the 4th.

Am I the only one hoping the Pacers win so Andrew Bynum can be a three time champion? I can't think of a bigger waste of space that would have three rings, especially one who was unceremoniously tossed off the team after playing all of 36 minutes for them. What a turd. Juwan Howard eat your heart out.

The Heat has been LBJ's team for a while now and any fantasy of Wade coming back to form should have subsided tonight. 8 games into the playoff, he barely made any meaningful contribution. Sure he shot 50% but that's mostly because he plays with LBJ. Even Bosh hit some money 3s to win the game tonight.

All these mindless Wade dribbling either resulted in a turnover or missed shot. Spolestre better pull the plug on Wade for the remaining of the playoff.

If Wade is smart, he'll take a pay cut to $5M next season. At least he can hang on to LBJ's coattail and remain relevant for a while.

I have this weird thought that if the Heat win the Championship, Wade retires, LeBron goes back to Cleveland (who makes a move for a strong 4 like Love/Aldridge) and Bosh moves out West to become 3rd fiddle on a competitive team like the Thunder or Golden State. Wade just doesn't have anything to make him competitive in this league anymore and two of the "big 3" aren't staying by themselves.

Yes I said that in my post, that doesn't mean he wouldn't get a ring though.
