Ok. first of all why was the guy with the cellphone filming her for several minutes before anything happened?
the first punch she threw looked entirely pulled.
I think that this was an attempt at a viral video or prank gone wrong.

I've seen people really messed up on drugs do the same jaw-stretching/teeth clenching she was doing just before the attack.
Also, unless you are a karate master, never try to kick during a fight.
