Female GM for a mens professional football club (probably first)

Bit of a random news piece, but what the heck, I thought it was interesting.
Female GM/coach for a mens professional soccer club. (Ligue 2, second highest level in France.) Not 100% sure this is the absolute first case ever, but very probably it is.

			Way to go sister!
Kim Ng was an AGM for the Yankees and Dodgers:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kim_Ng
In 2005, Ng was interviewed for the vacant position of Dodgers general manager. No female has ever been a GM in any major sport. The Dodgers hired Ned Colletti as their GM, who immediately kept Ng on as his assistant. In 2008, she was interviewed for the general manager position with the Seattle Mariners, but the position went to Jack Zduriencik. In 2009, she interviewed for the San Diego Padres' General Manager position, which went to Jed Hoyer.[2][3] On March 8, 2011, Ng announced that she was leaving the Dodgers to take on the position of "Senior Vice President of Baseball Operations" for Major League Baseball, where she would report to former Dodgers manager Joe Torre.[4] |

Jean Afterman is the SVP and AGM of the Yankees, I believe she does a big bulk of the contracts for the team.

Is she the first head coach of a professional mens team?
(A manager in European soccer is typically more what a North American would call a head coach, for those who might not know this. Although soccer managers generally play a big part in choosing players for the team too.)

EDIT: Google gave me Theresa Phillips, who coached mens Div I NCAA. Not professional sports though.

EDIT2: And Stephanie Ready, who was an assistant coach for the Greenville Groove of National Basketball Development League (which I've never head of).

		| Clermont Foot have appointed Corinne Diacre as their new manager following Helena Costa's resignation.
Costa, 36, resigned hours before her first training session was due to take place claiming a series of major sporting decisions -- including the signing of players and arrangement of friendlies -- were made without her input.

However, Clermont president Claude Michy retorted by saying: "She's a woman so it could be down to any number of things ..."
