Default Tablets w/ Keyboard Attachments

Alright, I'm looking at a tablet that has an attachable keyboard (or a very tiny laptop for that matter). Does anyone have any experience with those? I pretty much need it literally just to type notes and write, and haul around with ease. I want something that works really smoothly, is decently fashionable looking (just because I'm like that), and is most importantly: small.

I have an iPad, but I'm not sure about how crazy I am over the Logitech attachments.
Any tips? What do you folks have? What do you like? What do you hate?

I would try the Logitech attachments before buying a whole new laptop. Our CEO has one and loves it.

If you dont like it, return it.

That said, I really like my Surface RT. You can get them pretty cheap, especially now that the Surface 2 is out. Just get the more expensive of the 2 keyboards.

Used a number of the Asus Transformer series tablets. I liked what it offered at first (and the Prime was a beautiful piece of hardware imo) but as a small productivity device, Android has a ways to go. Definitely recommend getting a Surface RT because of cost and far better capabilities than any Android tablet with a keyboard attachment.

Take a look at the 8" windows tablet. There is a Toshiba, Asus,Lenovo, and a Dell. They all run full windows 8 not just rt. I hane the dell venue 8 pro and love it. I bought a cheap case and keyboard off of amazon that is good enough. The digitizer stylus has minor bugs but to me is better than a dumb stylus. Size wise it is perfect because you can palm the device.

My main use is taking it to meetings at work.

I like the Lenovo Yoga Tablet with keyboard. It has a built in stand and the best battery life out of all tablets because it uses a cylindrical cell in the "grip" instead of a flat lipo across the back of the display. Keyboard cover even has a track pad so you can get a mouse.

Interesting, never even heard of the Lenovo until now. I'll have to look further into it. Looks very cool.

The Surface that people are suggesting seems like it might be alright. I really hate getting after-market attachments for electronics, which is why I'm not crazy about the Logitech stuff for the iPad, and why I'm considering some new that has a fully integrated keyboard.
