If you are questioning the refing pay closer attention. Lucic throws the puck in the net and Meszaros high sticks Plekanec in the face then throws him on the ice and gets a penalty. What part of that was the refs deciding the game?

Yeah Meszaros definitely deserved a penalty.

I think the refs making an example of Boston with a bench minor is silly though, and the refs taking over too much.

You just put a team down 4-on-3, there should be some leeway on what gets said.

Even if Plekanec was pushing back it still doesn't even out with the extra high-stick and hold from Mezaros. The roughing evens out, Mezaros still deserved the only penalty. The reffing has been pretty even and pretty consistent

Yeah I'm cheering for Montreal but realistically I think Boston wins it. They are too good, there are still 4 games after this even if they lose today.
