There was this TV show I used to watch that had puppets and real-life characters. It wasn't Fraggle Rock, though. I remember it being on CBC or CTV or something. One story line had the characters transported to some island by some puppet witch. There was a boy and a girl and some puppets. It was more of a serious show for younger kids. Well...it was serious to me, anyway. Anyone who can remember the name gets a "Thanks"!

Toy design was simply out of this world in the 80s. There's a design aesthetic that was just so unique and fantastic.
