Whats all this crap about deserving a win? This isn't figure skating. You aren't judged and don't get points for how pretty you play. You get points for goals. The team that scores the most goals is the team that deserves to win and in fact, does win.

that plus the fact that last time I checked Carey Price is a member of the team too
not some random variable

Ok, the goalie deserved the win. The players didn't deserve anything. Team or not. We call out individual players all the time so it's all good to say the players did not deserve that win. Carey Price did.
Bruins dominated that game.

Iggy had about 5 deflections that could have gone in.
Wow what a game. Price with the most spectacular performance of the playoffs. No player scares me more with his bomb from the blueline then Subban. IMO best slapshot in the league. Hopefully the Bruins can bury some chances next game. This game coulda/woulda/shoulda been an 8 goal blowout if not for Price's amazing game.
Chara provides great screens, on both Subban goals he was the cause, perfect screens on Rask. Hopefully the Habs can pull out another victory in game 2, it would be nice to see a former Flame go deep in the playoffs.
It looked to like the Bruins thought they could just pound the habs into submission without any intelligence and that would be sufficient. They will have to put more thought into it. Julien looked really nervous before the game, there is a lot of pressure on the bruins and they are the older team.
