A place where you can put up an individuals pictures, usually at parties, bars, or perhaps home pics wearing revealing clothing. Then unregistered users can post personal details of the individuals life, without fear of revealing their identity or if what they say can be substianted.

Some pretty slandeous stuff on there. Apparently the guy who runs it has been sued multiple times but nothing has come of it because it's considered a private blog. I'm not too sure I would be posting on there considering how Burke sued those 'anonymous' poster.
