How do you read the rule? It's weird seeing Bourque play like he actually cares. He will go the better part of a season just coasting when he could be a serviceable top 6 winger if he really wanted to be. For whatever reason he just doesn't have the fire to be consistently good.

Still. It's the refs interpretation of that rule whatever it is.
Even a rule like puck over the glass is a decision of the ref as the Hawks found out.
