They didn't call interference. They called incidental contact. You can't call incidental contact unless there is a goal.

i think emelin tried to get out of the way, i think he realized too late stamkos was on the ground sliding into him, he then tried to lift his leg over him, but think that might of actually made it worse as he tried to too late.
