Just so you guys know counting down from 16 wins is a pretty arrogant, smarmy thing to do.
Anyway, the late Lucic goal in the 2nd was the backbreaker. For much of that period the ice was tilted towards Rask. A road split to steal home ice advantage isn't the worst thing ever... gotta win the next one at home.

We are just Flames fans cheering on one of the best players to ever play for us. You won't get any Detroit sympathy from me or a lot of Flames fans. I don't think we are being arrogant one bit. If there was a player that deserves the cup it's Iggy.

if the bruins can keep that tempo they had in the first period, even if it's just for half a game, every game of the series, no chance the wings stand a chance.

I want Iggy to win the cup as much as any other player but isn't it a little early to be giving this series to Boston based on one game? I still think Boston could pull this out in 6 or 7 but I'm also pretty worried for them and Iginla. The Wings were just as hot at the end of the season and now have the home ice advantage.
