Typical Lucic. He is a heck of a player, but also one of the dirtiest in the league. If I had to pick one player to one day pull a "Bertuzzi", it would be him.

I think, depending on how this breaks on social media and tomorrow on hockey night in Canada, Lucic is probably going to have a seat for that one.
It's a match penalty if the ref's catch it, so it's pretty difficult to defend it as anything less than a 1 game suspension.
Could be a selfish, costly penalty if that helps Detroit win Game 2.

How epic would it have been if Iginla slashed Lucic after witnessing that chicken s***, dirtiest play in hockey, right in front of him to get his attention....or at least yelled at him, calling him out, loud enough for Lucic to turn around?

Absolutely, I'm not a Red Wings fan either. But they might be the only team in the East that can play that game with them and knock them out. If Detroit doesn't do it I think Boston will roll to the final.
