Lord knows I'm not a fan of bringing a balloon shaped like a dead horse to a porcupine party when the porcupines are all carrying baseball bats, but he wouldn't be much of a reporter if he didn't ask the questions.
Torts is an asshat to be sure, but flat out making stuff up that looks like a quote reflects very poorly on this forum and its members. The guy said enough real stupid crap to hang himself. There is no need to get creative here.
Yeah, I guess he doesn't like having what he wears be dictated by someone else's old-fashioned ideas about what is appropriate.
I like it...and yes, I get the joke.
But the actual answer is he hates wearing ties, but appreciates and understands that at times he has to, so throws it around his neck like that so it is close by for when he has to wear one, and then actually does it up.
