I think Ekblad is the least likely player to be available at #4. I can see scenarios where anybody else falls including Reinhart

What would be the point of this? Everyone would just pick Bennett, aka the consensus #1 overall draft pick according to scouting reports.

I believe Bennet is ranked #1 on a single list (Central Scouting) and is ranked 3rd or lower on almost every other list. He is far from the concensus #1 pick. In fact, he isn't even the concensus #3 pick.
On the ISS updated list released yesterday he fell to #4 behind Reinhart, Ekblad, and Dal Colle. He was #3 on the previous list.
Although this isn't completely current, up to the day, here is a sampling of most of the recognized draft rankings floating around out there.
http://www.mynhldraft.com/2014-nhl-d...pect-rankings/
Bennet comes in at the average #3 slot behind Ekblad and Reinhart.

The NHL has had him at #1 for a while now. But okay, consensus was overstating things. The point is that if you have a poll including Bennett everyone's going to say the Flames should draft Bennett. There is therefore no point to the poll. If the teams ahead of the Flames make things that easy on Burke, then the discussion is basically moot. The question is what happens if the top 3 aren't available.

Yep. There's absolutely no way he falls past the Oilers if he even makes it to the 3rd pick which is highly doubtful.

Posted this in the draft lottery thread but thought i'd repeat here. Talked to Dalcolle's father whom i've done work with:

There have been some concerns with Dal Colle's compete level, but he also seems to be a guy that is driven to succeed, given the adversity he's faced with regards to his mother and his brother. I think with Harley's development he could turn into an amazing player for the Flames. He's got the skill and size for sure.

You'd need to have two choices. Player you wish for, and player you think will still be available at 4th/5th.
