Viral marketing campaign site for the movie is up that reads as a documentary on the Marvel universe's alternative history. In this alternate history the human rights struggle between blacks and whites seems to have been replaced with with the mutant vs. non-mutant. Apparently this is all kicked off when Magneto is accused of assassinating JFK.
He had pretty significant screentime and was very involved in the plot. It wasn't like the Charles Xavier cameo.
Still, was terrible to waste Gambit and Deadpool on that film.
That was an awful depiction of Gambit and the guy didn't even have the accent. He'd be a great character to use in the films though because he plays so well off Wolverine. Also, not having Cyclops is a joke. Singer should have just been like me and pretended that the third film never happened.

I think that we will see Cyclops come back in the next move? When he officially joins the X-Men. I thought I remembered seeing that somewhere.
I agree, X-Men without Cyclops is just plain wrong. They have to change the Logan character to make it work and that sucks.

Just wait till Fassbender is cast as Solo and we recruit CaptainCrunch.
Then we will be an unstoppable force!!!!
Also suspended and banned are two different things, MMF will be back, and you will rue this day.

LOL, wow. People ready to abandon a movie because of some magazine covers.
More like people abandoning a superhero movie because of their costumes? Place Superman, Batman, hell a 300 Spartan on those covers with awkward poses and that out-of-context background and they'd look equally stupid.
The Quest stands upon the edge of a knife. Stray but a little, and it will fail, to the ruin of all. Yet hope remains while the Company is true. Go Flames Go!
The only silly looking thing continues to be Quicksilver, looks so strange and cartoony. Everything else is killer. Love that it wasn't a Wolverine heavy trailer either. The strength of these films continues to be Magneto and Xavier.
Ice man doing his Ice Man thing!

Wow, that looks awesome. It's like he heard all of the fans requests for powers from previous movies and did it all in one sequence.
