Hartley puts out a Gaudreau - Monahan - Colborne line at the end of the game.

I'm thinking the Canucks will be all right with that Markstrom kid. No need to look for another goalie, they'll be fine nest year. I mean, he looks awesome.
Another late penalty - really????

I think he's ready right now and I was one of the biggest skeptics in regards to Johnny. He's so ridiculously fast that putting him in the AHL at this current moment would be a mistake. One thing I think he does better than nearly everyone is keep his head up, my guess is he'll have a hard time not making the team with how skilled he is.

Because Hartley sent out his biggest goon, Byron?

Absolutely. If he earns it (and checks all the boxes I listed in my post) then he should be a full-time NHLer right away.

As good a game as you could hope for from Johnny Hockey. Was strong every shift. Fantastic.

Where/when has he ever shown to be a Canucks fan? Listen to him on Team 1040 sometime, think they bring up his Flames fandom every chance they get when he's on the air.

C'mon, I'll drop it after this; But you know that's been your thing on CP for years. Yes you've dropped off the radar and barely post here these days.
But over the years, it's what you do. Any Flames/Canucks related issues, you jump in and chastise Flames fans or back up Canucks fans. You would have to be seriously lack self awareness to not see this.
