Meh, I never understood this need for lower numbers. Why is it so heretical that someone wants to wear an 8 instead of a 2?

Why would you need to have a jersey renumbered?
For instance, if I had a Cammalleri jersey #93 I would think that was pretty cool rather than changing it to 13.
