Wow, this thread has had a massive following throughout the evening. People really are hoping to hear something announced. I still don't think we'll get "official" word until tomorrow. For now it'll be speculation. Even if sources can confirm it's happening, they're not likely to announce something after midnight EST. Betting on the Hobey Baker ceremony. It's shaping up to be a fun day tomorrow for Flames fans!

From what I can tell Burke is in southern Ontario scouting the OHL playoffs.

Interesting. Richie's team the Petes are done, swept by Dal Colle's Generals. Barrie is tied in their series at two games a piece. Wonder who he's watching most.

Could be scouting guys the Flames are targeting for lower rounds too. While I'm sure he's been looking at the top 5 guys success in the draft is usually found in nailing down those secondary picks.
