Haven't seen anything in the pro ranks from McDavid either, kind of an odd comment.

And something I don't think people take into account often enough is these guys are men. This isn't a 20 year old busting up the OHL (I know McDavid isn't 20), or even a senior busting up the NCAA. And he was doing it last year too. And had a lot of flashes as a freshman. Junior is 16-20, totally different dynamic than 19-24 IMO.

The Eagles defense is terrible would not be opposed to drafting Demko he is saving their asses right now. The top line and the goalie is the only good part of this team if i was Gaudraeu i wouldn't be heading back to a team not likely to win anything next year.

Just seeing on twitter this talk about the Flames updating Gaudreau's size/weight. Take a look at Johnny's size when he was drafted, 137 pounds is insanely small...



FYI it now lists him as 5'9" and 150 lbs.

He wore 53 at training camp, i know it doesn't mean much but Monahan wore 23 in training camp and said he would keep that # just because people had already committed to buying jerseys.

5'6 137 is crazy small.

5'9 and if he can push his weigh to 75kg or 165 ish lbs, that'd be pretty solid weight for his size. I heard he's currently around 159 lbs.
