Not signed yet. He loses his NCAA eligibility once he signs a contract.

He is Flames property (unless traded) until August 15 2015.

Aaron Vickers @AAVickers
Interesting to note: Johnny Gaudreau is booked to work Bob Hartley's hockey camp in York, PA this summer. He did last year, too. #Flames

Once he signs a pro contract, he loses his NCAA eligibility, so he won't sign until he feels he is ready to go pro.

Until he is signed, the Flames hold his rights until August 15, 2015. Once he is signed, he'll be under a standard NHL contract like everyone else.

He has a maximum of 2 games left for this season at Boston College (today, and if they win today, Saturday).

He is the presumptive favorite to win the Hobey Baker award as the best player in NCAA hockey. The award will be presented tomorrow. Once he wins it, he will have accomplished everything he possibly can in College Hockey.

from what i understand these are gifs converted using html5. Seen some of these on reddit. I think if you have problems seeing, might need to update silverlight. Awesome AC

Scratch the above. Its just html5 video format, nothing to do with silverlight. Very awesome nonetheless.

Also to stay on topic, if Johnny and BC wins today, the next game is for the championship and whens that?

If Gaudreau does sign his ELC before the Flames season is done and doesn't suit up for a game this season does it still burn a year off the contract?

if the contract is for this season than yes it will burn a year because he is too old for the play less than 10 nhl games contract slide rule

however, it is possible that he signs a contract that begins next season and then it won't burn a year

So Burke said he wants to get Gaudreau an NHL game to burn a year off his ELC, but it really doesn't matter?

I haven't found a legitimate way. I'm sure you could go to one of those illegal streaming sites (I never do because my computer is forever bogged down with crap after that).

Alternatively if you have Rogers/Bell mobile, I believe you can watch TSN2 feed on your phone using the TSN Go app. I'm on Telus so no luck and can't test this. Would be interested to hear if it works for people.

If you are with Bell or Rogers, you do have to be subscribed to a package that includes TSN2.

According to Jeff Cox of sbnation, the Flames have 2 reserved seats in the press box for today's game against union.

Quite possible they have a contract and pen with them.
