I was thinking that too.

Athletico is up 1-0, 2-1 on aggregate and has also hit a post. They're taking it to Barca

I like this so far. United have been far better in these first 110 minutes than I had expected.

this is starting to look a lot like Chelsea/Barca from 2 years ago
Bayern have no plan B under pep, no aerial threat

This is why I was really disappointed they kept Mandzukic over Gomez.
Ribery is playing really well, he's tracking back and going forward really well

Bayern is so much more effective when they attack with pace and take the game to the opponent. I dislike this passive Barcelona playstyle

I hate Tiki Taka so much.
Wish Pep would have left that style with him at Barca.
Actually risk possession to try and play a killer ball every once in a while.

Although, if United is content to cram everyone in the box in the second half when they need to score then I say screw it and don't even let them touch the ball.
But seriously, I don't like it.
Ref is letting a lot of contact go out there, hopefully he remains consist with it throughout the match

ya I think if score stays same 20 mins to go is when it gets really interesting
at that point Moyes has to start pushing for a goal, and with United's aerial advantage all it takes is one set piece

When you see a team that has possession of the ball and they're all standing still? Thats insane.

Uniteds defense can handle that slow Bayern attack far better than teams who attack with pace (like Liverpool), Smalling and Vidic have cleaned up pretty much everything in that first half. One can blame United for playing defensively but why wouldn't you if your opponent is pretty helpless in that case.
Rooney, Kagawa, Valencia and Welbeck can cause some problems too, they nearly got their goal already. Dante is a guy to put under pressure, he'll fumble one eventually ...

Just waiting for Dante to cough up a backpass to Meier and Rooney pounces.
