It's an uncovered stage and people spray you with water cannons. It's tons of fun if you're into dubstep and other similar EDM. Worth checking out for a little bit to cool down

The Do Lab is awful. Thank god they shuffled it off into a corner instead of right in the middle of everything.

Pretty sweet set times! and holy #### The Pixies and Julian Casablancas!?!?!? That's awesome.

Only one I am really bummed about missing is Woodkid, but Chromeo has to happen. Looks like I will probably miss Fatboy Slim too, but from the sounds of his recent performances I won't be missing much.

Pharrell into Skrillex is going to be INSANE

Someone put the settimes into a Clashfinder, I find this easier to read.

I had a heart attack when I first saw Arcade Fire and Disclosure beside each other, but thank god Disclosure goes on an hour before. FIX YOUR FORMATTING JERKS

Ha, I did the exact same thing thinking I'd miss Disclosure!

There's going to be a massive stampede from the outdoor to Sahara once Pharrell's set ends.......going to be such an incredible weekend.

From the looks of that Clashfinder....only one other stage is going during Pharrell and it is Darkside? This is going to be HUGE

Seems like they don't let bottled water in? That increases my chances staying conscious the whole time but decreases my chances of loving the knife's set.

Regarding outside food or drink, any idea if powerbars count as outside food? Seems stupid to have to crotch powerbars but I will if I have to.

I watched the Outkast set this morning and it was pretty brutal. I feel sorry for Big Boi, he did what he could, but Dre just looked completely disinterested. I'll give them a break though, after all it is their first show in like 10 years. I hope they pull it together for Sasquatch

I think Andre was frustrated with his sound. He had some crap cord mic that was turned way down compared to Big Boi's wireless mic. There was at least 5-6 times I heard him ask the sound guy to turn him up. He also looked like he kept running out of cord length while he was walking the stage too. Hopefully they fix all that up for next weekend.

Any reviews from wknd 1? I read some of the forums on coachella website but it feels like a bunch of teenagers wrote it all. I fly out thursday morning, and I hope you guys paved the way!

Any cool secret spots or stages/sets that are must see?

That coachella forum is ridiculous, I never go there anymore.

Some pretty good sets from groups I never knew much about prior to the festival:
- Rudimental (were unbelieveable)
- Flosstradamus was really good
- RL Grime murdered the Mojave tent
- Chance the Rapper was pretty good minus Justin Beiber popping up on stage.....very random???

Maybe the best performance (in my opinion) was Disclosure

Others that were great performances:
- Pharrell (with P Ditty, Busta Rhymes, Gwen Stefani etc)
- Arcade Fire
- The Naked and Famous were incredible!
- Calvin Harris (never seen such a big crowd at Coachella before)
- MGMT
- Kid Cudi
- Fatboy Slim
- Empire of the Sun (saw half the set)
- Outcast
- Girl Talk (Busta and Juicy J came out)
- Chromeo

I missed Nas when Jay Z and Pditty came out but the sand storm was just too much at that time. Everyone in my group was done since we could barely see out of our eyes at that time.

Secret spots: At the main stage there is a big gated T right in the middle of the crowd for the lighting and sound equipment. If you're right up against the fence then you'll have a clear view of the stage with no one directly in front of you for 10 feet since it's fenced off. You'll know it if you see it but it's for sure my favourite spot at the main stage.

I disagree, I think the set was really good......maybe I was just really drunk but I thought they were great. The only problem was when Coachella shut their mics off when they were just about to perform their last song.

Where did you watch it from? Did you have a good view of the stage?

We were really close and had an excellent view of the stage. That being said, it wasn't good enough to note how into the show Dre was. I'm sure if I watch it again on tv I'll get the perspective you have. The only issue I have with the set was in the middle when they were playing some songs that almost no one had heard before. It probably could have been 15/20 minutes shorter.

I thought the setlist was good. It would have been better if they didn't bring Future, I don't know what the hell that was about. They should have moved Killer Mike to the middle of the set and done a couple songs with him.

This was my favourite set of the streams they played. Great band, hadn't heard of them before Sunday.

I'm here now and holy hell is it awesome here! I like it better then ultra that's for sure. In terms of dance music umf has the better lineup. But Coachella has a much better layout and crowd. Very few kids here and the ###### level is low. Everyone is so damn friendly here. The girls to guy ratio is 3:1. Simply amazing. Ive seen some spectacular sets and am looking forward to more.
