Oh absolutely foreshadowing...which I forgot about until just now. When Rick started explaining about how you build the trap to funnel in the pray, I started thinking ahead to what that might mean for the group later on. But the way the Terminus scene unfolded threw me for a loop and I forgot about that snare scene.
I like the idea of Beth becoming part of the cannibal cult...but you know, because she's a vegetarian, doesn't actually partake in the eating meat part. Yadda, yadda, yadda...she springs Rick + crew.

The first half of that episode was exactly when this show is at it's best. About time Carl almost got raped. Nice response from the father, that's true parental instincts.
Too bad that group went down so quick though, the ring leader was a great character to add to the show.

I don't think her disappearance has anything to do with Terminus. They were days away from there when that all went down. Terminus people aren't hunter gatherers either, they lure their prey in. I think she'll resurface but it will from a different angle.

It could have been a hint, it could have been a red herring. It could have meant the end of searching, the end of walkers, something like that.
Clearly it wasn't, but at the time you never know. People being hungry, tired, and scared probably would take any chance to find some place peacful.

I thought it was supposed to be a new hope sort of thing. Terminus was the original name of Atlanta, so it seemed like a nod to rebuilding or something along those lines.

Apparently they have unlimited ammunition at Terminus, as they didn't seem too worried about wasting 100's of bullets, unnecessarily.
and apparently they have a lot of human cattle, since they have a full time grill master. Wonder if the rest of the crew had a few steaks before they got locked into the rail car. wonder if they have free range humans, or kobe humans.

True, but if you compared the Terminus map with an actual map, the location of Terminus was Macon, not Atlanta.

Really why would you resort to cannibalism? I'm sure in those facilities they could easily raise livestock. I could see a small group of people crossing that line but a large group of people willing to go to that extreme seems a little much.

Because people raising cattle would be boring.

Cattle have most likely died by now with no one to take care of them/walkers eating them.

Well, this is what they ran by, when all of the Terminus snipers were herding them towards the rail car.

I knew it wasn't Atlanta, I just thought since its set in Georgia that's why they picked the name and it was a new beginning. Thanks, though, I've been wondering where they are on the map as we never get a very good look.

Maybe human flesh is more delicious than cattle? Zombies seem to like it.

Well they certainly aren't wasting any of the meat. Midnight Meat Train meets Walking Dead. That said it will make for an exciting next season as nobody wants to see our favorite characters de-boned and cooked on a grill.

I have to admit even after hearing Andrew Lincoln talk several times with his british accent I still have to double take that he's Rick.
