So after leveling the crusader up past 60, I'm kinda disappointed with it. He has several skills that are very similar if not direct copies of what my monk has, but they're all on long cooldowns while the monk's aren't. I ended up having to drop out of torment down to master and was still having problems, while my monk cruised all the way to 70 on T1. Kinda expected more from the ultimate tank class
EDIT: seems like I'm not the only one that thinks the crusader is the weakest melee class

Wait, so if im on my monk and a legendary dagger drops, I can let my WD identify it and the stats will be slanted for him? I always thought even before the identify stats slanted towards the toon it dropped for.

He's talking strictly for the Horadric Cache given after completing bounties. Legendary items stats are rolled when they drop.

DH is getting worse. Getting one shotted by Elites. Damage is through the roof but there's been no drop adding toughness or life. She'll be a good DD n a group for now. I really don't want to downgrade to Master but I may have to.

Unless one is leveling (or gold farming I guess), aren't the best choices Torment or Normal? Without Torment there's no chance of set drops, and the rolls don't change between Torment and non-torment, so better to go with normal where one can speed through no?

First off, I just noted that under My Documents/Diablo III/Screenshots (on a PC), I had approx. 2500 of them taking up over a Gig of space. Not sure why so many, but PC users might want to check.
Secondly, I have found plans that could make a nice bow, but I need a white "Doubleshot", so if you happen to stumble over one, save it for me!
Lastly, this is such an awesome looking shield for a crusader I had to screen print it (thus funding those 2500 files...)

If I am farming bounties for Horadrim cubes or blood shards, I go on expert. The is no risk of dying for me and I don't need to break a sweat on the elites or champions. The more of them I finish, the bigger the reward.
If I run rifts, I tend to do Torment, but that's so I get the biggest bang for my Rift fragments, in terms of set items.
Also, my DH is leveling on Master right now but that's because I have hit a bit of a wall where I am dying more than I would like.

Is there a listing of the white drops that are needed for these crafting items? I am thinking of keeping one of each so when I get the patterns I don't have to mess around with them.
I currently need Ascended Bracers, are you sure you don't need a specific Doubleshot bow, or it that the name the recipe gives?

That is the part within the recipe.
And I might have the bracers, let me check.
As for a listing, you would have to go to battle.net and look plan by plan to see what items are needed for what, unless someone has posted a summary somewhere in the intertwebs.
Edit, yes I have the bracers, but I also have the plans for Reaper's Wraps that use them, so unfortunately, I am going to try to make some!
I am curious if "Superior" or "Thick" etc white items count, and if they give the corresponding boost to the final crafted product. Anyone know?

Yeah Crusader shields are cool.
Finally got to use my 1.8k sword, which is lvl 66 but has a -20 level requirement so can level my level 46 crusader with it.. Crazy.
Awesome headgear too!

I like the Act 5 Helm I got for my barb. I noticed that there's a theme going on in Act 5 with the gear in general...

Ya I got my DH to 70 but it was a struggle. Having to kite even lame white mobs sucks. Luckily my Monk facerolls through T1 now, so he's going to be doing the farming for both of them

Finished Act 5 tonight, and wow...it felt as long as Act 1 and 2 combined. There were times where it really felt like they were dragging it out way too long, sadly. I wish they didn't spoil the cool entrance to Malthael's Lair in the trailer. Otherwise Act 5 was pretty cool story wise.
Adventure mode is pretty sweet, even though I've only done Act 1 and 1 Nephalem Rift so far. I know I'll be coming back to it soon.

The maps were 2-3x the size of anything in the first 4 acts. Story and quest wise it's shorter than act 2, but takes so damn long to slog through because of how much distance you have to travel

FYI to anyone with a Monk here, don't ignore those secondary stats on armor. Look for stuff that has some kind of resist in the secondary slot and stack one type of resist in as many piece of armor as you can. With the One With Everything passive it'll give you a massive boost to your resists
I found the bloodshard vender very handy for this. Was able to get my boots, belt, and shoulders from her with a bit of tweaking from the mystic

So wait, some crafting recipes call for rare white weapons or armor?? WTF... is it a short list that's easy to remember? I don't even bother picking them up, I don't have space to store every white item in case I need it for crafting down the road.
