Hudson's as well, though that's a younger crowd.

I don't know about the enforcement of the 25+ rule for guys but I know a 20 year old girl who had her bday at Standard one of the last couple Friday's and I'm sure most of them are under 25 in that group. Including the guys....

I like 24. I feel like I can fit in every where

October 27th is going to be a depressing day though...

That was a great bar, not sure it was 30+.

Times like this you need The Brassring.

Pfft....the Black Swan has been doing that for years. Decades probably, judging by the condition of their disco ball....

"Adult" clubs would be fine for us on an adventurous night but please at least gives us some real options.

Thanks for the other suggestions. Keep them coming.

Based on my own anecdotal observations, I believe Morgan's Pub generally attracts a slightly more mature crowd -- Late 20s, 30s.

Fun place, I like it; don't know if its what you're looking for, though.

I agree that Calgary is in need of a lounge that'll cater to a more....sophisticated crowd. It's a damn shame that places like Bamboo and Hifi play such awesome music (funk, oldschool hip-hop, rare-groove) and yet they're full of youngsters and sling molson canadian.

Not really. Two weekends ago 4 of my friends under 25 got in without any problems. But yes, most of the crowd is late 20s, early 30s.

Um, Craft does not move tables for a dance floor.

Really? I know most of my older friends who are in their late 20s and 30s like commonwealth. Im 24 but the only place I feel old at is Roadhouse. I think it has a lot to do with how you feel about yourself. If you think you're too good to have a good time at a nightclub then you won't.

Stand corrected.

Op, please also feel free to go to Montreal.

Calgary is your place if you are looking for a $9 craft beer that is stored a small batch tank behind a glass wall. However calgary is surprisingly awful at providing any other type of nightlife.

Sorry I didn't mean for that post to come off as condescending as it did. Yeah that could definitely be it.
