Anyone think that Maggie burning that picture of her while telling Glenn that he will never need it again is foreshadowing that he will? Otherwise it seemed pretty stupid to burn what is one of the last pictures of yourself. I would expect in the world they live in that they would end up separated again over the course of time.
And I was totally thinking the same thing. I think Maggie may die next episode. Which is good and bad. I like her, and she's great eye candy, but her relationship with Glenn is kinda bogging things down in the show.
I know they're only following what happens in the comics, but that's probably because the show is forcing the comics to go in that direction (not the other way around).
I'm pretty sure the comics are way ahead of the show.

Oh I am well aware of that, but I think the writers are probably either forced to curtail their storylines towards what the show wants, and not viceversa. So ever since the show began the comics have been changed and are now geared more towards what the show writers (or the comic writers) believe will work in television format. Surely everyone involved makes more off the show then off the comics, especially when people are buying the comics and graphic novels only because of their fondness for the show.
This I think is a major reason why the setting and characters haven't really changed that much, whereas in a comic they would be more likely to change in shorter amounts of time

I don't think so, if anything they are moving more towards the comics. That's why they re-did the Governor fight. The first one was not anything like the comics and was very anti-climatic. The second one was more true to the comics with a character or 2 trading places. The second confrontation was much better.
The events after the prison are also much closer to the comics and have been the better episodes.
I am guessing that the terminus people are luring people in and are the ones that took Beth...looked like that lady had a nice big slab of meat on the grill...Beth burger anyone???

Ya it had a very creepy vibe to it, I imagine they all get captured and Daryls group comes in and raises enough hell for him to get them out.
Beth will also be here as that funeral home was a Terminus abduction point.
If you think about it the concept is genius, why spend all your time hunting when you can lure the food to you.

I doubt we'll see much more of Terminus than we've already seen.
From a story perspective, we still need to get Rick's group and Tyreese's group to Terminus, and probably have some encounter between the "Claim" gang and the others. There will also likely be some sort of clarification/closure with what happened to Beth. Next week's episode should be pretty full without getting the grand tour of Terminus.
Also, the way the show replaces its writers so frequently, if I were running the show, I'd want to give just enough hints about Terminus that AMC would want me back for next year to see what I had planned. At the same time, if they did fire my staff, I'd leave it wide open enough that the new writers would be able to do whatever they wanted with it.
From a monetary/production logistics perspective, if Terminus is going to be a big location and a key part of next year's storyline, they won't build those sets with this year's budget, so they'll keep how much of Terminus we see to a minimum.
Of course, Terminus could just be a red herring that was used as a mechanism to bring all of the different groups back together after scattering from the prison and they could all be back on the road together by the end of the episode.

Oh come on, I gave no details on it. Lighten up. It was also discussed before my post, so I commented on it. There were no complaints before my post, so how is it not fair game to give my opinion?

+1000 to Kybosh, people's apparently primal need to do this king of s**t is baffling. I won't get into it again but if you did it in the GOT thread, well, let's just say Valar Morghulis.

Yeah easily. Hell, they could have used the illness plotline as the basis for the entire thing - people are getting sick, turns out our resident doctors think it's X disease, we need a cure. Conveniently there is a facility that would have such medicine in nearby Athens (or whatever city they're close to at this point). Boom, bunch of episodes split between what's up at the prison and what's up in the city.
It's looking obvious that they'll get the big city thing with D.C. though, as noted.

If he did, he's a genius, that's quite a leap.

I was thinking about the cure. If they get to Washington and somehow get a cure made, all that it is going to do is benefit the living. The ones who have already turned are gone, no cure is bringing them back. Since everyone already has it in them then it will have to kill off the virus\bacteria\whatever and stop people from turning when they die.
After two years there is still going to be a lot of walkers out there going after people, the only benefit is that no new ones will be made.
Speaking of the virus\bacteria what would it be? Either one should have been fought off by the immune system by now. Perhaps a bacteria could live in parts of the body where the immune system could not fight it properly or detect that it is bad I guess.
Also where did it come from where it could affect at least the entire SE US. I am assuming the entire world as nobody has sent any new troops in to take it out.
Location: Close enough to make a beer run during a TV timeout

It is the entire world. As said at the CDC in season 1- France was the last country to hold out.
What is interesting is that Eugene speculated that this maybe wiped out the dinosaurs. So it sounds like this wasn't man made; possibly something from space or they found the DNA of the virus if fossils and tried to re-create it.
