Byron has to shoot the puck more - looking for the pass a bit too much sometimes.

I can't believe how much Hartley is getting out of this team down the stretch.

Great period from the Flames. When you can pin the Sharks in their own zone for much of the period you're doing something special.

Backlund's little move to undress the defender down low was fantastic.

Byron had some great chances but he's still too afraid to shoot. For shame.

And lordy lordy, what a pass from Wotherspoon. He's not known for his offensive game…………..yet.

This team...

Nice period by Flames. Wotherspoon with great vision to spot Colborne at the side of the net. Colborne is really coming into his own on the wing and I hope he stays on the wing.

Indeed. The coaching staff better stick around after this season.

I use to love it when Portland Winter Hawks came to Vic. I'd always make sure my friends that were Canuck fans knew that he was a Calgary draft pick. Too bad we couldn't grab his Junior line mate.

I don't understand how/why Sportsnet doesn't fix this damn sound. Even during the intermission there is a an extremely noticeable lag.

Looking at him in that interview it looks like it's starting. Compare him to when he came from the Marlies.

I still think it's to accommodate Kerr being behind the play until I'm proven wrong by them fixing it.

It's been 2 years ffs.

always baffles me that you guys have so much trouble with the audio. It's perfectly in sync on GCL.

Calling it a calculated move to prop up a struggling PBP guy is giving them A LOT of credit though.

Wouldn't even doubt it. I can't remember, was it laggy when Pete Loubardias was still on?

Perhaps, but Edmonton's PBP audio is never out of sync. You don't think two crews that operate in the same province cant just communicate to each other to diagnose the problem?

There's only a couple of times on GCL It cliches. I think the NHL network corrects it . like how sometimes we get commercials or intermission.

Wow, Sharks broadcast ripping on the Oilers, Hall, and Eakins for the last game.
